If Trump does resettle these people, every one of them needs to be thoroughly identified and tracked so that the NGOs that filed this lawsuit can be held accountable for these people's actions. The migrants break a law, then the NGOs are, at, least, civilly liable.

Just wondering how the hell this is legal.
Judges keep preventing the president from using his constitutionally granted powers.
They know they will be reversed.
They don't care.
And they say their orders must be done immediately even while being appealed.
So they know they are not following the constitution. They are willingly not ignorantly doing so.
I'm tiring of this shite. The democrats have hit their stride in the stopping trump.
The Supreme Court is supposed to rule on a bunch of these appeals and 90 percent will go Trump's way.
