There should be an intensive investigation to whether he was placed there to hide him or, conversely, he did it all on his own (pretty smart if he did, but not smart enough).
The is the ICE/illegal version of hiding terrorists behind kids. And should be attacked by law enforcement as such.
If they find the people of the daycare had a role in putting him in there the assumption should be it was for hiding and evasion purposes and anyone, down to the janitor, who knew he was there should face federal charges.... with some rather harsh due process.
