Now the case should go before a grand jury to decide whether or not charges should be filed against Michael Byrd.

Didn't her murderer get an award and reward for killing her?
Aside from Babbitt, at no point in the last several years has a cop randomly fired live ammunition into an unarmed crowd of rioters.
And every riot before that also had rioters injuring law enforcement officers. No use of live ammunition from cops. Byrd is extremely weak willed...and started shooting fast. While all the other officers restrained themselves.
Look back at the siege on the white house in 2020. Dozens of secret service agents were attacked, ss felt the threat was so great that they forced a sitting president and his family into the bunker. I'm sure some of the secret service would've loved nothing more than to randomly fire live ammunition into that woke crowd. But they rightfully restrained themselves.

Even our deepest blue can recognize an unauthorized/unjustified use of force. There was no imminent danger posed by an unarmed woman crawling through a window.
Looked to me to have been a bad shoot which was not properly managed by the DOJ or Capitol Police.

The first of a long list that need to be challenged. If you can make Biden try to explain his reasoning it will become apparent that he has no fricking idea who any of these people are, (were).
