Its really a ridiculous idea. ANY person who is a legal citizen could prove this very easily. There is no need for wasted tax dollars spent on formal court hearings.
If I were stopped on the street by ICE and told to prove my citizenship, could do so very easily.

What I don't understand is how this dude had 2 rulings to deport yet he's somehow owed "due process." Didn't the process already arrive at the same conclusion twice?

They certainly didn’t care about due process when they railroaded all the J6 political prisoners. They wiped their arse with due process. Tampered witness, etc.

We don’t owe this guy a fricking thing, we don’t owe anyone outside of this country a fricking thing. If you want to immigrate to the United States and become a citizen that’s perfectly fine, there’s a process to do so legally, follow it and you’ll be welcomed into our country.
And no, stupid arse lake Charles lawyer, he’s not a migrant seeking asylum either. If he needed to seek asylum from El Salvador for any reason then he should have done so in Guatemala or Honduras. That’s how asylum works whether the leftist idiots want to believe it or not. That’s a fact and not up for debate.

Well you do need due process (mistakes happen) but after they get it and found to be here illegally…..

The point is, there’s a due process for getting IN to this country. Where is the clamoring and million legal challenges supporting following THAT due process.

The vast majority of them violated international law by coming here. They were supposed to seek asylum in the first country they came to.
So those that did so were not eligible to ask for asylum in the first place, then they broke the law again by crossing our border illegally;
