Easy question about Garcia

I don't understand what's the end game for bringing him back here?
Let's just say he quit gangs and wanted a better life and fled here.
Let's just say, his woman drove him mad, he threatened her, she got scared and file restraining order. shite happens.
He never commited any crimes in his country or America's except coming here illegally but let's just say he did it for the bright reasons.
Let's just say we sent him back by mistake(couldn't have been because he is an illegal) but the fact he lived here 13 yrs and no crimes Yada yada.
The bottom line is , he is a Savadorian National citizen and is "over there".
Questions
How can any Demtard debate he should be brought back? Brought back to what ? Being an illegal?
Why is he in jail in El Savador ? Even if he wasn't in jail.
This is literally a case of someone who now resides in the country he belongs in. Why is anyone even wasting their time on this? Wtf is wrong with people.

Because the people wanting him brought back never wanted him deported in the first place. Muh due process is just an excuse to get a gang banging illegal back in our country. The goal of the left is to push the bounds of legality knowing that most of the judiciary will support it, leaving Republicans (when we retake power) in a situation such that it's an administration nightmare to undo the left's war on Americans.

The radical left is not happy that his attempt to traffic 7 women was thwarted. They are angry that the alleged beat down he laid on his wife failed to result in her death. They don't like the fact that he is being placed at risk for retaliation from a rival gang. They want this illegal terrorist returned to the U.S. (just not in their neighborhood) because OMB.
