MSM is laying it on thick over our wife-beating, MS-13 fren.

quote:

The Trump administration’s claim that it can't do anything to free Kilmar Abrego Garcia from an El Salvador prison and return him to the U.S. “should be shocking,” a federal appeals court said Thursday in a scathing ruling in favor of the Maryland man.

A three-judge panel from the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals unanimously refused to suspend a judge's decision to order sworn testimony by Trump administration officials to determine if they complied with her instruction to facilitate Abrego Garcia's return.

The panel said Republican President Donald Trump's government is “asserting a right to stash away residents of this country in foreign prisons without the semblance of due process that is the foundation of our constitutional order.”

“Further, it claims in essence that because it has rid itself of custody that there is nothing that can be done. This should be shocking not only to judges, but to the intuitive sense of liberty that Americans far removed from courthouses still hold dear,” they wrote.

Separation of powers and executive privilege both prohibit a district court from compelling executive branch officials to testify.

Judicial system is a joke

SCOTUS already said district judges have no natinwide sway ……

SCOTUS needs to. Step up and shut down district courts than think they can rule on nationwide stuff

He's not an American citizen or even a lawful permanent resident. What right do we have to demand a foreign government give us one of their citizens? It's not as if we are seeking his prosecution in America for a crime that would fall under our extradition treaty with El Salvador.

You mean same USSC that ruled on April 10, 2025, UNANIMOUSLY that Abrego Garcia's removal to El Salvador was illegal?

Not that I think Abrego is a compelling individual, but on principle if SCOTUS says the Executive overstepped than from a constitutional standpoint the executive should acquiesce....or else, what good are the courts?

Especially this case as SCOTUS went unanimous on it. Means that the issue was not really in dispute or up for much interpretation. Bring this guy back, do it the right way and then send him back to El Salvador

People are so bored with their pathetic lives they are rallying support for illegal criminal gang members to defy Trump

Democrats are a piece of work, but I’ll hand it to them, their mission knows no bounds and stick together through all the insanity.

I believe the ruling also said that the US has no authority to demand that a country turn its citizen back over. So are we going to ignore that part of the ruling?

Maybe if the Obama and Biden administrations hadn’t shat on immigration law, this man would never gotten here nor would he have been able to stay here especially after beating his wife.

Why wasn’t he deported when he was ordered to be deported not once, but twice?
