Any of you guys going? Mrs. Rowsdower got tix to the Sunday show for my Christmas present. Figure it’s gonna be a lot of us there that identified with always being 17 who are now old enough to be looking at people in that same light
Should be a damn good show,

I'm going to The Gourds reunion show in Austin. Crazy both reunions are on the same weekend as I know the bands know each other.

Think they’ll end the night with Gin and Juice or throw it in somewhere in the middle?

I hope they don’t try to play new stuff

Saturday, I'm having a reunion deal with a fiddle playing woman that I met yesterday, then next week, a reunion with a blind guitar player named Jeremy, that I used to pick with a bunch, until he drove a car into a local store.

Good luck finding a joint rolled correctly.

Reunions are a pretty good business move these days.
I'm convinced some Texas country guys have been announcing retirements in the last couple years just so they can have very special engagements.

But Robertson insisted it be billed as The Band's final concert, to generate more publicity & help jumpstart his H'wood acting career (the film was essentially a glorified screen test for him)

Hopefully it will buy Mike Gundy a decent football team.
My 13 year old daughter called after the concert last night and said, ‘ everyone is DRUNK.’

They ended With it Saturday night but played it next to last on Sunday and ended with All The Labor, which they didn't play Saturday night.
