Well the ruling specifically gave courts judicial review in these cases, which makes the "why" in this story important.

Well the USSC just told him that there had to be some sort of due process. I don’t know what the procedure will be but he’s going to have to take some kind of look.

If he's letting them pursue a habeas petition, it's not contrary to the Court's ruling

You're witnessing the power of targeted misinformation and NPCs

1. They bought the stupid talking point that the decisions of the admin relating to the statute are "not reviewable"

2. They only heard "WE WON" at the Supreme Court, without understanding what was ruled. They only see the ruling in terms of in/out group dynamic.

I imagine 2 is causing them to default back to 1 instinctively.

Trump made a lot of mistakes in judge appointments.

Of all the problems we face our corrupted legal system and the two tiers of justice are going to end up tearing down the country

Biden and the rest of the uniparty broke the law and imported millions of illegals.

Now they will prevent much from being done at all by challenging every single deportation.

Overwhelm the country.

Such a good thing for our country, right SFP?

Key word here is "temporarily"

Not a big deal. At least not yet

That's because SCOTUS ruled that the judge in that case was out of his jurisdiction. They'll keep slinging lawsuits until they can get one that sticks.
