Posted by DalenSA after yesterday's win. We are currently on the right side of course and to simply put it, below is our song of the day that describes us perfectly:

Have a good day and let's get a streak going!

Pivoting from a post-series analysis to a weekly analysis where I will give a personal recap of the entire week:

- We start from behind way too much. In fact, we have only scored first in 3 of our 9 games. Don't like that. It's very difficult to win games when you're always trailing from the rip
- Team showed a lot of fight yesterday. It's nice to see a gritty win like that
- Bullpen has been stellar so far. I was really worried about the bullpen in the offseason, but I believe we still need a strong middle relief/late inning guy to tag up with Abreu and Hader (looking at you LMJ)
- Christian Walker can't hit a slider for shite
- Altuve remains the worst base runner in the MLB
- Yainer Diaz. Wtf man. 2-26 with 7Ks and 2 BBs. It's not like he's hitting the ball hard either. Lots of pop-ups and weak ground balls. Get this man some tee work and a torpedo bat
- Yordong was long overdue. Hopefully that dinger sparks something for him
- Brendan Rodgers is riding a 5-game hit streak with a lot of timely hits as well. Has a high K rate, but it feels like he puts the ball in play more than most
- Dezenzo vs Cam Smith musical chairs out in RF for the unforeseeable future

Let's have ourselves a week, fellas

Need 5 or 6 today from Wesneski. Bullpen has had to cover a lot of innings last two days.

They did call up VanWey for Contreras at least so one fresh arm.

I believe in the fighting Cintrons. Fresh of a 9 run performance. Shun the non believers.

It's fine. Our offense doesn't miss them at all and Cam Smith looks like a pillar of da future. Everything is great.

That “I’m sick” tweet from Biden is an all-timer.

Why carry Cam in the first place it were punting on him a week into the season.

My cousin on staff said that Bags asked to shut him down for a bit while Cintron and Bagwell work to get him fixed. He has since developed discomfort.

I can't recall if Strom ever had as many arm injuries on his staffs. It seems to be more prolific since his departure.
