It is apparent after many years of lurking and a relative short time posting on TD that a small percentage of its members are the most miserable and negative humans in this country. They reside on TD poli board daily . The amount of negative and constantly provable wrong speculations and opinions is astounding. Yet, day after day they return with another speculation about how the Economy is going to crash, World War III is about to begin, Trump is going down this time, Republicans will lose the house and/or the senate, with zero introspection that their ideas might need examination.

Maybe in 3-6 months they will look back on today’s post about tariffs and have that light bulb moment that Trump was right yet again. Just like any number of issues over the last 10 years that he has been proven Correct time and time again.

Been here since 2016 and I've seen three total progressive lib posters have that epiphany, and the rest are still here bleeding all over the board day after day even after loss after loss after loss after loss. (The three that woke up almost immediately disappeared into the history bin.) The media keeps the anti-Trump narrative moving so quickly that they don't have time to absorb the absolution of their habitual incorrectness.

I bid you a warm welcome to tPT, where you can rest assured that these posters will never admit they were wrong. XiNN reassures them that they are correct and hold both the moral and intellectual highground, and they accept it as gospel. As soon as the threat of tariffs works like it did in Trump's first term, they'll already be onto the next manufactured headline to melt about, just like they pivoted straight from "Signalgate" to "mUh tArRiFs!!1!"

Have an upvote. You’re dead-on. Bunch of soft, Monday morning QBs who don’t enjoy life. They would rather things fail to say, told you so.

Miserable people in general are liberal. The further to the left, the more crazy and more miserable.

I think it stays worth them being miserable.

So these people are miserable. They do not get along with others who naturally form society and want to progress society. These terms to be people that don't fit in. They are not smart, they aren't athletic, definitely aren't popular. They are preside any group.

These people used to be goths and entrusted was fine. A few years after graduation they would find their way and rejoin society.

But now they are trans. These are people who can't find membership in any other group. They all form under the trans flag. They tap them in their little group by making the entrance so expensive. Mutilating your body. Tough to leave once that happens.

The far left democrats are made up of groups like the trans group and others that are miserable. Misery loves company. And they all band together.

That is why you can look at people and tell that they are democrats.

So true.

It’s very unpopular to be critical of those in power here.

Surely, if you voted for someone you’re on the hook to defend every decision they make.

One tribe, one heartbeat.

....and people who gather in crowds with signs to protest, chant stupid slogans, sing dumb songs out of sync, bang drums and yell from megaphones. What a fulfilling life!
