My Chase credit card account disappeared.

I’ve got a Chase credit card. I checked the balance this morning. I tried to sign back in this afternoon to pay it off, and my account has disappeared, on the app and online.
Is this happening with anyone else?

Call Chase they can get it to show again. They get disconnected from the alias from time to time.

I was able to get back into my account. For some reason it was “hidden.” After about 20 minutes with costumer service, we got it straight. Unfortunately, I still owe them the money.
