Corded knife took a dump on me yesterday.
What y'all using for cordless knives?
90% of what I clean is catfish.

I have a Bubba blade kit and it's been a good knife.

I agree, and I have a hard time w blade selection. Although there are choices I have a hard time figuring out which one to use for crappie. That said I love it.

I've had good luck with the Rapala lithium. Mostly cleaning trout and slot reds with it.

I use the Mister Twister blades with my Bubba Lithium for bass and Sacs and works great.

As other have said, the Bubba lithium has been great. Would recommend.

I like my bubba blades but I wish I had a stainless blade that's more flexible like my old rapala knife.

When I got a big bubba blade I stopped using an electric knife. I only clean bass up to 3 pounds, sac au lait, and perch, though.

I have tried a couple of the cordless ones to include the Bubba and the Rapala R12. They just don’t cut it for me. Battery is amazing on both but the blade speed isn’t fast enough for me. Out of those 2 the Rapala was better but I returned for a refund as I didn’t think it was worth the high price. I still have the cordless bubba as I won it as a door prize.
The corded heavy duty Rapala is my tried and true electric knife. I clean a pretty large amount of fish every year and nothing I have tried has matched it. I purchase a new set of blades once a year and keep rolling.

I bought an Ugly Stick fillet knife and used it last summer on reds and trout and catfish and then to process deer meat that fall and it is very well made, sharp as heck, easy to use and was reasonably priced. Just watch the point as it will pierce redfish scales and deer hides w/o trouble so will nail human skin.

Buck Knives 225 Silver Creek Fishing Fillet Knife, 9" Fixed Blade
I’ve been using it for five years and it’s the best knife ever. I don’t prefer the bubba Fontenot’s thickness and lack of flex. This is cheaper as well. Buck brand speaks for itself. It’s worth giving it a shot. I bought two and swear by them.

I’ve had all of them. Tough to beat a good Dexter, especially where they’re priced.
