What, If Anything, Can Be Done to Shift Black Women Away From the Democrat Party?

I want to post the following that I copied from an article I just read:
Contrast that with a fairly significant turnaround for Black men, as stated here:
Still not the greatest numbers, but it's fair to say that black men had a significant shift towards Trump. But my question remains. What, if anything, can be done to effect a similar situation with black women? Will the Democrat Party ALWAYS have this hypnotic effect over them?
I think a couple of factors should be noted. I didn't even know this, but DOGE brought to light that something like 65% of black women who have college degrees work for the government. That seems like an insane statistic to me, but it would perhaps explain a lot?
Briefly, on the other end of the spectrum you have mothers on welfare. I didn't get any numbers for that, but one would think that "dependence on the government," either from a nice paycheck or a much smaller amount in the form of governmental subsistence could be playing a huge role in all of this.
Regardless, do you think this dynamic of 90% of black women voting for the Democrat Party will ever change?

Moving white women away from the dem party would be far more effective as black women make up a relatively small demographic.
Hell, swinging more Hispanic women would be more effective.
The majority of black women live in cities. Cities are traditionally very left leaning as they rely on government services much more than those in the suburbs, let alone rural. The number that can be moved to the right is miniscule.
In other words, ignore them.

I shared this story during the build-up to the election that a colleague of mine who I've worked with on several campaigns over the years
A black Democrat that his wife had said to him after years of complaining about Trump that she might like ratchit friends but she didn't want one for President and she voted for Trump
Those are the black women that will be willing to vote Republican: Church goers young mothers, professionals, and entrepreneurs
traditional conservatism,, JD Vance patience and follow through
If it can happen it will happen naturally and unforced

That's my take as well. Business owners and professionals know about insurance costs and wages. Church goers are primarily pro life.

Until the republican party disavows racism like this in totality, they won't gain any votes from black women.
Black people, particular southern black Baptists, actually lean conservative in views, but racism is an absolute nonstarter.

And the Democrats can't afford to back off of that issue because that's where so much of their young enthusiasm comes from
it's a game that can be won if it's played long and slow
Black church go-ers aren't as adamant on pro life because it's just not a position that pastors can take in their community

Only way is too cut off government assistance which will never happen

So some random internet poster makes a stereotype comment. That doesn't represent Republican political policy. The majority of "racism" reported in the media is fabricated. What has Trump done that you consider racist?
