This is where all these lunatic democrats come from

*** around 46% of women in the US are childless unmarried.

*** There's a noticeable trend of women in Western countries choosing to have fewer children or no children at all.

Real men need real wives. A dating service that screens away foreign and domestic lunatics from eligible normal males is needed.

Paging Elon Musk to the rescue. America needs babies born to normal men and women. Get the app and service up and running.

It's super tied to the average level of education of females.

In fact you can predict on that alone.

In Sub-Saharan counties where average schooling ends in the teens you get 6 or more kids per woman.

In countries where the average female stops around 23, you get less than two.

I would almost bet the exact same statistics cover the US as well.

Many - having experienced little love in their early formative years - view children as a burden on their personal freedom and ability to enjoy life. So much fun stuff to do. Some think that there are too many people in the World anyway and do their part (ahem) to reverse it, and ironically, they are the smart and responsible ones we need more of.

People need the energy of Love like plants need light. A childhood without love is a real problem for the greater society. I think the day will come when Science will bear this out. "Where there is no vision, my people die". Love in early life is critical, and on to adulthood even more so.

Moving up the hard way.

Maybe that's why the Taliban banned girls from going past 6th grade.

This is a natural reaction to the sky high housing and rental cost. How can people have kids when everything is so expensive? I say this is a good thing. We will be dead and gone, but hoping for population collapses so future generations don’t have to deal with this.

No maybe about it, they want them making babies soon after.

They had 2 decades of women getting educated, and didn't like what came from it.

I mean they are a polygamous terrorist society that likes child brides.

The only population that will collapse is Western Christians. And their future generations won't have to deal with it because they will be extinct and replaced by third world Muslims.

It's also tied to social safety nets and mortality rates.

In those sub-Saharan countries, children are your social security when you get old. People can't simply rely on government. And given infant and childhood mortality rates, and lifespan rates, if someone wants to have four children alive and somewhat prosperous to take care of them when they are old, they may need to have 5 births. Or even 6.

Dam…true. You’re right. I didn’t think of it like that. They will just import more third worlders.

Broadly it seems it does, but there are outliers, Alaska has good education and birth rates, West Virginia and Montana have bad for both.

Something worth looking at in more detail in the future.

That's ridiculous. Christians are the segment having the most kids.

If our government let's in these Muslims unchecked it will be everyone's problem not just the Christians.

How anyone could single our Christians as the only ones affected is beyond stupid.

There is multiple reasons this is happening but the top 2 are leftist indoctrination at the college level and the economic factors of having children today.

Go back to the olden days of eleven years of state education. And then make college a three year gig like the UK. Women will get out at twenty instead of twenty two. With smart kids in AP classes maybe eighteen or nineteen. Many years to find the guy and have babies.

It sounds like 46% of women have enough sense not to bring children into the world that they can't afford to raise.
