From Dr Yougins about sugar to sinaud OConner about Catholic child abuse, to Dr. Patterson about lead in gas, Dr John Snow about water contamination and Cholera, Margaret Mitchell about Watergate, (the Margaret Mitchell effect) , Giordano Bruno on earth not being center of the Earth, (burned at stake by Catholic Church), to Ignaz Semmelweis, (Doctors should wash their hands. Catholic Church and medical establishment making multiple visits to this list but being opposed to power or money pretty much in all of them.
Top ten crazy people who ended up being correct
What crazy person today do you think will be proven correct one day?

Bob Lazar would have to be on my list.
He was right about Area 51 and element 115, and according to a lot of sworn congressional testimony the US military having and trying to reverse engineer UFOS, maybe he was really telling the truth about all of it.

I loved Joan Rivers. That episode on her last show where she is taken her grandson to the doctor and these Latin bitches start talking about her in Spanish and she unloads on them in perfect Spanish as he speaks and understands it perfectly is one of my all time favorites

Ignaz Semmelweis, (Doctors should wash their hands.
Ironic that he died of gangrene from a wound on his hand.

Ironic that he died of gangrene from a wound on his hand.
The elusive proper use of irony on TD.
Well done, sir. Upvote earned.

Margaret Mitchell about Watergate,
First its Martha, not Margaret. Margaret wrote Gone With the Wind, and died well before Watergate happened
Second, what was she right about? She was a drunk, dyslexic, and likely bipolar. She was desperate for her husbands attention, and got him sent to prison instead. For something that pales in comparison to Obama tapping Trumps wires, and the Russia hoax dossier. Snooping on your husband, then calling reporters while drunk isnt being right, its being used.

Dr. Barry Marshall.
Discovered helicobacter pylori. He presented a paper about bacteria he isolated from the stomach and speculated it was the cause of peptic ulcer disease.Medical establishment was outraged”everyone” knew bacteria couldn’t survive in the acid environment of the stomach. Some Drs. wanted to revoke his board certification as a gastroenterologist.
He ended up getting the Nobel prize in medicine.
