Amber is the best for polarized. Can’t be beat and it’s been proven a thousand times over.

Generally speaking.
Green lens is amber lens.
Blue lens is black/gray lens.
Personally, I find the blue/black/gray to be the "clearest" without distorting colors.
I do use green/amber for fishing.

Of those choices, remove grey.
Green are the best if polarized.
Blue are the most eye catching to others.

I use Amber. Makes a big difference.
I thought it would help for Golf but I think it brightens the greens too much.
I’m kind of looking at Rose for golfing. Anyone have experience?

It is complicated and there is no one tint that works best for every situation. I have multiple tints and this is a good video on how to choose.

Think the standard Oakley Prizm for golf would be classified as rose (not sure), and that was always my go to for golf (haven't played in quite some time, but used to play 6 or so times a month).
