HUGE loss for the program. Losing a Louisiana native and a player that played as hard as him always stings. Best of luck to him, he deserved better. Likely the first of many.

His defense and rebounding single handedly won us multiple games this year. He is a glue guy and a player with the best motor I've ever seen in person.
It's not his fault that McMahon doesn't know how to properly use him. He also had a redshirt year and didn't develop a jumpshot... that's also on coaching and McMahon's "player development program".
If you cannot see what Corey provides to a team, you do not understand basketball at a deep enough level beyond stat watching and looking at the player with the ball.

As bad of coach you think he is. He knows more basketball than you ever will. It might not work out for him. But if hes given a NIL war chest for next l year and doesn’t think Chest is worth it. I’m good with it because this team is lacking a whole lot. Whatever needs to be replaced or addressed he’s going to do it.

Are you stupid lol? Chest is definitely worth keeping on the team his effort and motor is something you can’t teach . Stop with the NIL narrative BS . Plenty of teams in the tournament that spent less money than us

I know a coach in Raleigh who could develop Chest. Wouldn't be surprised if Wade tries to get him.
