Not that there was any real doubt besides the fact that AppleTV hemorrhages money.

GOAT show.

Stiller has confirmed the writers room is well underway and it “definitely won’t take 3 years”.

I didn't think so- I really enjoyed Season 1, but we quit halfway into Season 2. After every episode, I was more confused than the one before. Goat people, 'outdoor' excursions... it just got too weird for me.

I like it better so far. I’ve got 2 episodes left.

I’ve read through parts of the big thread but it gave me a headache

Yes season 1 was so famously straightforward

Deserving of a 3rd season.

Unlike Rings of Power or Wheel of Time.

I need to start from beginning again. Started season two and couldn’t remember anything but the basic premise it had been so long.

Its always great to rewatch though

I’d need one in great detail lol. It doesn’t help that I have to watch each episode like 5x getting 10 mins further each time before I fall asleep.

No, but it’s still worth watching.

It was not

It was more character driven, rather than raging against the company like season one was which I liked, but there are a lot of plot points that came and went, and never resolved

I’m worried this is going to turn into the next lost .

I’ve watched the entire show (for the first time) in the last two weeks. I thought S2 was even better than S1. S1 drug in the beginning for me, but S2 was pedal to the floor from the start

Agree... for sure the best and arguably second best episodes of the entire show occurred in S2.

Gemma backstory is far and away the best episode and the finale is def in the top 3 or 4.

Just for reference/weirdness calibration: I’ve watched Twin Peaks (original not sequel mess) including Fire Walk With Me, numerous times. While weird and mostly inscrutable, I obviously love it.

I find Severance painful to watch. I liked season 1 but 2 just lost me. As in, as an audience member. Not intellectually. Overwrought and too intentionally weird. Again, I know that is rich coming from a huge Lynch fan. But I stand by it. Severance is too self-referential and tries way too hard.

There's no way it costs a lot to shoot this show. 90% of scenes are on the severed floor.

So for it is making sure to have more payoff in each season than lost. They just need to avoid dragging it on too long. Count me among those who liked season 2 more.

Wheel of Time Season 3 has actually really turned a corner. It’s been great so far.
