A week ago 30 eggs in a 2.5 dozen package at a Piggly Wiggly was $21 with tax.

Half that at Costco last night.

where did you buy them? At a convenient store in remote Alaska?

A dozen eggs at Kroger in central Houston this morning just cost me $3.99

One person household so only buy a dozen about once a month. But after hearing prices had dropped had to pay the most ever paid @ 5.99 a dozen ( $1 higher than previous purchase) I live in south central KS. There was signage saying problem with finding quality. I always buy the cheapest, so these were not organic. This was a super Kroger store.

I don't think there is a man alive who would frick that judge even if she gave a court order.

Not if the Bee gets its way.

At publishing time, the judge had also ruled that keeping your own chickens to save on eggs was unconstitutional.
