You don't see why a judge should recuse himself from a case involving criminal illegals when his daughter gets paid to specifically defend criminal illegals?
Should a judge be able to preside over a case where his daughter sits on the board of a competitor?
What will happen when the judge rules in favor of the illegals? More illegals will seek out lawyers. His daughter gets more clients. More clients equals more funding. More funding means continued or increased business.
If a judge's ruling will financially benefit his kid, it is a conflict of interest. I don't know how that can even be questioned.

I guess I just don't see it as being directly beneficial to his kid as much as you do. I understand what you're saying, I just disagree that that is a clear conflict of interest
