Somehow I doubt that.

According to Mooney, after returning home from Los Angeles, she discovered her visa had been revoked, preventing her from boarding a flight. To resolve the issue, she went directly to the border seeking a renewal. However, ICE agents detained her, alleging she lacked proper documentation to legally stay in the U.S. They then put her in jail cells for 12 days.
For being a dumbass

ICE doesnt just throw you in jail for 12 days, more to this story Im certain.
There are 10 US consulates in Mexico, why would you go to the border and demand your visa be renewed?

No idea who that person is but it sounds like she needs to get her house in order.

Wasn’t there some leaked video awhile back exposing him as a social media grifter?

And nobody asking why her visa was revoked in the first place.
Seems highly probable to have been a factor.

Some of yall are WAY to emotional.
It didn't say she demanded it.....it said she went to the border to try and get it renewed. She also wasn't in Mexico.
Quick google search of the situation
quote:
Mooney, a co-founder of the health-focused tonic drink brand Holy! Water, said she went to the southern border — where she obtained her first work visa — on the advice of her lawyer, and came prepared with a new job offer and her visa paperwork in hand. While Mooney, who appeared in a racy scene in “American Pie Presents: The Book of Love” in 2009, had a work visa revoked in November, she said she didn’t think she would have any issue applying for a new one with her recent job offer — just as she had previously done.
I don't blame someone for trying to legally do something the same exact way it was done before after being advised by a lawyer.

Why was her visa initially revoked in November? Why is she still here in March?

Correct.
She tried to do things in order and ICE acted way too exuberantly.
This is a legit story on the downside of this over-aggressive policy. Instead of melting, MAGA should tell ICE to do better or risk creating a black eye for the policy.

She overstayed her visa. She should have left the country and reapplied back in Canada.
It was revoked in November.

It doesn't say anywhere. Just says that she found out it was revoked after trying to go back home in March.

It was a work visa. Should be an easy guess.

Visa revoked in November
She’s been here illegally for months.
If I did this in Canada, I would be deported.
Keep defending illegals dumb fricks.
If she had waited another month she could have been looking at anywhere from a 3-10 year ban from the US.
