The American public has given Trump a mandate when it comes to the economy, the culture wars and our geopolitcal place in the world. I am personally not thrilled with us pulling out of NATO and helping Putin to reconsitutue the USSR, but it was no secret this was coming. The American public voted against the legacy of Ronald Reagan. I know I need to come to terms with this.
However, court orders can't be ignored. Presidential pardons can't be invalidated. The rule of law can't be flushed down the toilet. I know a lot of you think this is just talk. If it really happens, and it is likely going to happen, will any of you ever have the stones to admit it?

So… you want a plane that’s burned halfway through is fuel load to turn around over the Gulf of Mexico and come back? Impractical and unsafe. Once that plane lands in a foreign country, the people on it are now under their jurisdiction.
So…pardons that a President who was too mentally incapacitated to understand what he was doing or potentially unaware of should stand? What if the President didn’t follow the law regarding the issuance of pardons? Shouldn’t that be investigated?

There are mechanisms to remove a mentally incapacitated president. There is no mechanism to invalidate their pardons.
