But I’ve seen nothing in what the admin did in response? Did they ignore, appeal, what?

Some stuff has already reached the appellate courts so it’s apparent they’re filing appeals in at least some instances. Which I guess they could be ignoring some of it and still appealing.

Would be nice to have a tracker of each zany “ruling”, showing what the current status is. Is there ?

Idiots.

They should have a “3 strikes and your impeached” rule. If they get overturned.

Let see how many are willing to risk their career for this political warfare.

I don't know why they don't have Joe Citizen or an Angel Mom filing cases demanding deportation in friendly courts instead of reacting to this flood the zone tactic by the Marxists.

Pick up a bunch of illegals. Courtesy notification to a citizen in the area. In notification say they are detaining pending X, Y, or Z. Have citizen file case in the hour demanding deportation in that Fed district.

That way when the Marxists file their case the first ruling by the other Fed judge is supreme.

How do we allow judges to change or even make policy?

Obama fundamentally changed the country by filling seats with activist judges.

We don't.

They just ensure that those who DO "make policy" follow existing law in doing so.

This concept ain't rocket surgery.

If that were true these judges wouldn't continuously be overruled.

I don't understand why the DOJ can't do anything to rein any of these judges in. They should have to answer to someone. If they answer to congress, we need to get on that, while we own both sides of the legislature.

Interesting way to phrase the fact that you don't understand the Constitution or the concept of "Separation of Powers."

Immigration is settled because the Democrats spent the Biden years getting it hammered out that Immigration Enforcement was the sole discretion of the Federales, then didn't realize Trump could win again.

Firing Yuge Tracts of FedGov? Hasn't really been judiciated yet. Can Trump fire the DoE? The original law has a number of positions that probably have to be legally affirmed and filled. But the rest were probably set in place under a "The Department Heads decide the Budget" line-measure, and Trump is free to tell Linda to fire all of them.

No doubt you'll get a screaming bitch arse blue balls libtard judge to try and immediately overturn those other positions, and it will (if Amy isn't on the fricking rag again) get proper adjudication from the Supreme Court.

I dont think you or these Judges do. See Article 2. The President is the country's Chief Law Enforcement Officer. Those people are CLEARLY here illegally. The judges usurp Executive authority and they know it when they issue orders.

This is true. However, none of it addresses the original post suggesting that DOJ rein in the judges. The judicial branch is a separate entity and dies not report to DOJ which is in the Executive branch. The only legal recourse is for them to be impeached, which at the current moment seems like something nobody in Congress has the will to do.
