I'll always like the Honey Badger, but this is not the type of player you should be paying on a rebuilding team.

Honey badger taking a friendly deal for us. Gets way too much hate on this board because it’s cool to shite on lsu players. Meanwhile he played in EVERY game while the OSU bums take every other game off.

$7 million for 62 tackles, 7 PDs, 3 ints

Worth every penny compared to the majority of our roster

Wow Tyrann actually playing for his money imagine that!!! Out of all the players on this team who shouldn’t have to prove himself. Honey badger don’t care. Honey badger knows he’s gonna ball. The only real champion in this organization

Not saying good or bad, just a question. I thought the point of restructuring DC was they didn’t need to restructure the other 5 contracts (Jordan, Ram, TM, DD, and Hill.

So he is still going to make the same money as long as he stays healthy.

That and the incentives are pushed into next year if he earns them, meaning he is only on the cap for the base and whatever proration of the signing bonus was on this year.

They didn't need to, and this is not the type of restructure you are thinking of for TM. He took a pay cut, with a chance to earn it all back if he plays most of the year.

So less a restructure and more just making his last year team friendly and betting on himself.

There was the option he would have been cut post June 1st if he didn't agree to this though.

I believe incentives are not included in the salary cap projection.

They are not, which is what my post above that last one was stating.

Any earned incentives will be on next year's cap.
