Is there evidence of them committing a crime in FL? If so, investigate, press charges and arrest them.
If not, they hold american passports and have constitutionally protected rights regardless of them being scumbags.

I haven't paid much attention to the Tate Brothers saga... trying to look it up now and it seems pretty murky what exactly they've done to catch charges in different places, and why those charges have yet to bear fruit.
Everything I've come across mainly focuses on they are ardent Trump supporters and are misogynistic meanies with too much appeal to young men and boys. Is there something out there with a clear write up of actual criminal wrongs that have actually proceeded through some court system?

Ive have never followed the Tates, on any level. And have only heard of their existence on here

I don't think it's objectively wrong to disagree with what FL is doing. Most of us are coming from decades of conditioning that states/authorities being content neutral should be the ideal.
But, I'm not sure I'm there anymore. A state putting its finger on the scale to try and tell bad actors they won't get a warm reception in that state just doesn't rub me the wrong way like it once did.

yes, but my own state considered me at one point a bad actor for not getting vaccinated. So did other states.
Its hard for me to side with government abuse of power.
I dont like what james Carville says, dont like he wears LSU stuff. But no one should stop him or he shouldn't be banned from Louisiana. Even though some of us might want that.
And there is an argument that lies from a Carville type person is more damaging to the country than some misogynists on YouTube.

What have they done state-side to warrant being singled out?
