We are going to nab Fairleigh Dickinson's leading scorer in the portal with that extra NIL money

I'd imagine all portals are nearly the same considering you still have to be enrolled based on semesters.

Maybe pair him up with a talented guard from Creighton. Final Four here we come!

LSU Basketball transfer portal checklist:

Are you a pg?

If answered yes, are you tall?

If answered no can you not shoot and/or create your own shot?

If answered yes COME ON DOWN

Ask Corey Chest. He'll know.

Saw the injury report for tonight’s game. Think I saw Chest’s name on it. Figured he wanted to protect his portal value. Can’t say I blame him. No sense getting injured for a lost cause.

Are you a point guard that can make clean passes to set up shooters, penetrate without gettiing the ball stolen, not throw up wild shots that have no chance of going in, break a press and score when you have a clean look.

We haven't had someone that could even do one of these the last 3 years, causing numerous turnovers and terrible shooting

We have to make sure he’s 5’ 8” or shorter first, before he can even be considered!!

Remember under Miles LSU was always a “QB away” from a great offense, yet through just bad luck they couldn’t find one? Then, after Miles and the shitty remnants of his offensive philosophy (read Ensminger) were out of the way LSU suddenly had two Heisman trophy wining QBs for the first time in school history?

The moral of the story is the bad PG play is the byproduct of McMahon’s bad offensive approach…not the other way around. Lose McMahon and I bet, “surprisingly”, LSU has good PG play

The cycle starts again just like the past 3 years. As the players are signed you’ll see the mcmen celebrating and claiming how talented these guys are then as soon as SEC play starts the "muh no talent" BS will be chanted with cultish fervor yet again.

We would be excited as to when the portal opens, problem is we still have Mcbutt head as the coach. So what's there to get excited about even if he was able to pull off the miracle of all miracles and pull in the top talent in the portal, Mcbutt head would frick it up and another 4-14 season in the SEC. Nothing changes if Nothing changes!

I’d love to know how much “talent” the mcmen believe it would take to make this guy a winner? Always claiming we need more isn’t really a standard and since they refuse to grade prospects the same way they’re graded for every other coach on earth I’m curious as to how much they think he needs.
