What are you giving up for Lent?

I'm giving up sweets again this year. My eating is pretty clean, but I have a rather ravenous sweet tooth. Gonna abstain for the next 7 weeks, hope beyond.
I'm gonna kick it off with a 72 hour water fast starting tonight after dinner till fish fry Friday.

All major religions fast. The Catholic Church just gives their followers guidelines to help with the fasting.

I gave up being catholic for lent about 15 years ago. Turns out the 40 days was enough to break the bad habit.
