Was a big part of my childhood watching Fox NFL Sunday with him, Howie, Terry and James Brown.

Congrats to him. I can honestly say that I’ve always thought FOX had the most boring halftime/pregame/postgame coverage ever. A bunch of legends on that panel but so boring

Lol it's not like he was working a normal job. I assume he works 3-4 days a week for about 6 months of the year.

Jimmy truly retired years ago.

The guys working shite jobs for 30 years should be congratulated.

Terry Bradshaw is getting up there in age too. I'm surprised he's still going instead of hanging it up. I guess the pay is too good to quit.

I find that the complete opposite and that CBS is boring af and they’re all about “professionalism.”
People hate on Terry for whatever reason but Howie Long and Strahan are legit. Maybe because I grew up watching NFC football.

Yep. Although Strahan and Meneffee are pretty ingrained too. Jimmy was great on FOX.

I am the complete oppoosite. I get sad thinking that I am 37 and have watched them for 20 years pregame and postgame and now they are reaching the ages of death, retirement, etc.

Getting old sucks. I love this clip of the first Fox NFL Sunday. TB was made for the camera and would have done well with a different career in Hollywood. Other than when Jimmy coached the Dolphins and JB going back to CBS it’s been the same crew the whole time.

TB had just turned 46 here.

the show had gotten so stale. Too many old guys telling stories of the 70s. They desperately need to add new blood

shite I'm old enough to have had a couple of run ins with the guy when I was in school. Never was a fan of him with the way he ran the Canes' program.

The first three have been there from the start.

Wonder how long Terry is going to go? He's 76.

Enjoy retirement, Jimmy.

frick I'm getting old.

Bradshaw also does the mid-week speaking circuit and makes an absolute killing. Probably close to $100K per gig.

He is set no matter what and I think his Fox contract may be at or near expiration, too. I also know he and Jimmy are as tight as it gets. Literally known each other since TB was in High School and they hang out at Fox all the time together and watch CFB and walk the LA hills together.

I don't know what Fix does if they lose those 2 at the same time. TV actually does a ton of highlight PBP and brings set energy, but he's old and losing his fastball.

Gronk is not the answer and Howie has no charisma.

I think they actually may want to bring Brady into the studio and have Edelman and Gronk there too on and off for chemistry.
