They constantly whine about inflation, whine about working 5 days a week, whine about having to return to the office.
I mean if the economy was really that bad then they would be racing to be the first one at the office and the last one to go home.
It would be easy to separate yourself from this generation of sloths, your competition is the weakest in our countries history.
Merely returning to the office makes you a Rock Star.
Instead it's just "muh, Boomers"

Sorry if my facts hurt your feelings.
If things were as rough out there as they say you would think they would be racing to the office.

I see this thread going well with a lot of civil and insightful discussion.

I think you misunderstand me. Trolling is an art form. To properly rustle jimmies, it is key to not be too obvious in your jimmie rustling attempts. Too obvious and you lose all emotional response from your audience and thus end up with a weak troll attempt which is easily spotted. Hook too shiny.

Boomers just want to go back to the office so they can get away from their families. Pretty sad tbh. Younger people don’t yet have families so of course they’d rather stay home.

Because most employees are more effective in comfortable surroundings

Why would they go to an office to be less effective?

They realized we live in the 21st century and there’s no excuse (at least for jobs done mostly on phones and computers) to piss away hours per day commuting and dealing with endless office distractions when you could just bypass all the hassle, log on, do your job, and log off.

COVID convinced a lot of people that most jobs are bullshite. I never stopped going to my office job, and I try to make it as meaningful as possible, but if there ever came a day I didn't have to go there, I'd stop and not miss it for a minute.

COVID hysteria broke things. Things that aren't easily fixed.

The 30 year age group actually has families that they like and their families actually like them. But thats something the boomer mind just cant comprehend.

Easy to fix.
Get your arse back to the office by this day or you're fired.
Pretty simple.
If you're willing to lose your job over going back to the office then obviously the job market isn't that bad.

It’s funny how pretty much every generation for over a century now has railed on the younger generation to them about how lazy and entitled they are. I think it’s just a human thing to complain about the youngins.
