The day I knew would come has.
My 15 year old daughter is broken hearted.
How do I make her realize that she'll look back at this someday and wonder why she ever cared.

Explain to her that it’s all hormones. Also point out that she is most likely about to start her period.

Just be there for her. Probably wouldn't be a bad idea to get her off social medias for a bit either.
Go do something y'all used to do when she was 7 or 8. Go get sweetfrog or take a ride to the park.
As the father of an 8 yo I am dreading this....

Depends on the girl I suppose.
My daughter was the type where the less i said the better when she was 15 and went through this.
It ran its course in 72 hours.
Good luck

No need to push too hard to “do something.”
Let her walk the path. It’s part of life and she needs to go through it.
When she comes to you, be there for her. Bake some cookies or something. Be chill.

Tell her to calm down. That always works.

Go have a family dinner at her favorite restaurant or cook her favorite meal. Don't push too much. She'll be ok.

Just give her a Taylor Swift album. Taylor solves our problems as females.
You're welcome.
You're welcome.

I’ve raised two. It never gets easier. They are more resilient than you pops. Trust me.
