Mrs. Metal and I like drama/mystery….of course I like more action movies than she does…anyway, we are constantly trying to find series’ that we can both watch. Is this it?

Its more of a black comedy with a hint of mystery thrown in but I think you'll like it.
First season was better than season 2. Not only in terms of quality but also tits.

Its more of a comedy/mystery than drama, really a fun watch and the actors in season 1 nailed it.
I think season 3 will be better than season 2 because of the cast

Yeah season 1 has two of the best racks in the world in the same season. I liked the story in season 1 better too

Season 2 was much better than season 1

We’ve watched one and a half episodes…so far we’re waiting on something, anything, to happen.

I mean, it's dark comedy of an all inclusive resort from people of multiple different walks of life. if you're looking for a michael bay production I would call it quits.
first season is incredible writing and acting

Understood. I’m not expecting Transformers. I’m gonna stay with it…

On episode 6….things are starting to happen.
Just curious, who exactly is the target audience for this show?

Perusing this thread, I’m gonna say fans of tits and dark comedy.

this. also like that they change the cast/location every season.
I think people enjoy it because the character dynamics and how they play off each other.

I started watching season one last night. It took me a bit to realize that dopey looking daughter was Sydney Sweeney, the girl the OT seems obsessed with.

But did we even see any tits in S1 though? I know we see some in S2 with those two hooker chicks or whatever, but S1 was just a gigantic tease when it came to boobs.
To the OP, stick with it. It's quirky and awkward as frick (intentionally), but that's part of the fun and the charm of it. And nothing of substance really "happens" for the most part...the show is built around an instance happening in the opening of the season, and then the rest of the season is the slow-burn buildup to that instance. It's sort of a "who done it?" but with a "who did it happen to?" twist to it.
I personally liked S1 better than S2, but both are good. And the setup for S3 after the first episode is great IMO.

The wife and I are two episodes in and have to say I don't really like any of the characters. I would say Rachel is the least unlikeable so far.

Armond made Season 1. His absence in Season 2 (naturally) made it inferior to Season 1 in my opinion.
