2-1 decision. You can guess the players
I can actually get the concern about opening the floodgates regarding appeal of TROs, but we are talking about clear presidential authority here.

The politicization of the judiciary is one of the worst things about this country.
Not abiding by the Constitution and making rulings based on what side the judge is on is an abomination.

The politicization of the Office of Special Counsel should be repugnant to you also.

For those of you who do not know COA is court of appeals, TRO is short for temporary restraint order and OSC stands for Office of Special Counsel. In case anyone wasn’t familiar with legalese abbreviations.

I'm OK with temporary restraining order as they hear the case in full on terminations.
I am not OK with mandating an agency make a payment before a full hearing
Both actions are final and hard to reverse once done. so forcing the government make a payment should not be mandatory unit after a full hearing on the matter

At issue is a previous SCOTUS ruling that upholds the protections that cause must be provided to fire them.
DOJ thinks the protections are unconstitutional and wants them revisited by this SCOTUS.
So here we are.
