Draymond says modern NBA is “very boring”, all about speed and 3’s

Green talked about a recent Warriors game against the Los Angeles Lakers and how it was "refreshing" to go against a thinker like LeBron James, who is notorious for finding weaknesses and exploiting them.
"Every possession is some type of chess move," Green said. "You don't get that today in the NBA, often. ... You don't just get that on a regular basis. It's just who can run faster, who can hit more 3s. It's no substance. I think it's very boring."

Not really a hot take, kinda surprised he just came out and said it during All-Star Weekend though.

Im sure draymond would love for players to slow down so his dirty fat behind can kick more players in the crotch. What a con artist this guy is!

He’s right but he’s also Draymind and nobody really likes him

Did he forget what team he played for?

Draymond trying to sound smart again

Just copying what Kobe said years ago about there being no planned offenses anymore

My brother in Christ you helped make the sandwich.

Draymond is washed and is doing whatever he can to stay relevant.

And yet you can tell just from this board that the NBA has lost a ton of luster. There is no thread for tonight’s activities….

When allstar weekend needs G Leaguers and WNBA players to try to prop it up, it's dead.
ETA: And the dunk contest is so dead they're just talking about Vince winning an old dunk contest like it was the moon landing.

Draymond loves sucking off Lebron

I've never agreed with Draymond about anything in my life. Until he said this. It's the obvious, but he's right. NBA is dull and pretty much dead.

Kinda like the eagles could block better, run better and rush the passer better?
Teams play to their strengths within the rules, with in the league they play. Sorry Draymond the game had left you behind. I’m pretty sure not ever possession is some chess match vs LeBron… Also his comments is explaining exactly Step Curry’s game lol

Draymond will beat you up to agree.

It was only good when you had two of the best 3pt shooters to ever play the game in their peak. Literally constant motion and misdirection.
Now you have a geriatric curry who can't do that and no other shooter who could do what klay did without the ball.

Fair point in a way but Curry is of course an anomaly. His shot making ability is mostly unprecedented. Not his fault that he can pull off what others wish they could.
