anyone follow the Penn & Teller show? It's recorded every week then the wife and I will pick a night and eat dinner watching it. Very rarely are they fooled but there have been repeat magicians who have fooled them over the years. Through 10 seasons there have been 456 contestants & 113 have fooled them. Would seem almost impossible as long as they have been performing.

Definitely a fun show if you’re into that.

Watched a good bit of it with my nieces and nephews

Penn and Teller are a pretty entertaining duo. Years ago, I used to watch Penn & Teller bullshite! on Showtime...was hilarious and educational at the same time

I enjoy the show but don’t watch it every week anymore. P&T have always been entertaining to me in most things they’ve done.

Why isn't band camp chick (Allison something?) hosting anymore? It’s Brooke Burke now (which is fine).

Penn gets a little annoying at times when he’s condescendingly speaking using code words. But all in all I appreciate the attempt to not give away secrets and methods. But it’s cool trying to figure the tricks out along with them. And some of the foolers are straight up incredible magicians.

Used to be a huge fan of Penn Jillette. His mentor was the late Amazing Randi, and the Penn & Teller duo is nothing short of incredible.

Truly appreciate their take on debunking the pseudoscience & fraudulent mysticism.

Sometimes when they're fooled, they're not really fooled. They have a really good idea but don't want to give it away, even when they use code words.

Not from this show, but the only time I lost respect for Penn is when he made a comment that nobody could hold their breath longer than Houdini or some shite. It was dumb.

Penn and Teller have been solid entertainers for decades. Penn's season on Celebrity Apprentice was great.

Like others have said, Penn can be very condescending and a bit of a blowhard. But if you know that going in they are very entertaining.

Yeah I thought of this as they know the basics of how the trick was done, but a magician might use a different technique than P&T thought, which equals fooled for the purpose of the show. I don't mind the codewords.

There are also plenty of videos on youtube that go over some of the more popular illusions and how they were done. I'll go down a rabbit hole with the show every now and again.

Ithink it really depends upon the guest magician being entertaining. The concept works, though.

So was the one with organic vs. commercially grown food products.

I came across a few YouTube videos that involved Penn & Teller on some panel discussion shows. Teller was just talking away about different subjects. It was really weird to see him talking.

The original finale to the series was going to be an episode on how the show was bullshite
