The kind of league where they have one practice then start playing games twice a week.

Just play with your damn kid and let them figure out the basics. Parents act so busy because they take their kids across town for this shite…and want all this dad of the year credit. It’s a waste of time.

I’m talking about age 4 - 7.

Wut? Are you saying a few hours a week for exercise and social engagement is bad for kids?

My kids are in sports at an early age so they don't turn into weirdos like you.

I'm "coaching" my kid in the 3-4 age group. It's herding cats with balls and bats. Everybody knows that.

But I like spending time with him.

I always laugh at the soys who would rather watch little kids suck at sports over something manly like hunting and fishing or getting drunk

Y’all should move to Europe where all they play is sports for little kids like soccer and hunting and fishing is illegal

It’s a poor substitution for playing with your own kid. Let them become somewhat decent at the sport before dropping them off to go have beers at BWWs.

I disagree with you. The kids get exposed to the games and that's the point. What I don't understand is the coaches of these kids that tries to win the games by playing only a few players and letting the others ride the bench. (So the players on the bench don't learn shite.) This age range is for learning the game, not winning. Hell, most of the time, they don't even keep score.

You're a fricking idiot. It's a great thing for kids that age. They have an absolute blast.

If its something they are doing every day? Yeah it is. A couple of times a week? Thats great for kids.

Its not an investment.

It is for the children to have fun and figure out whether they enjoy the game.

You have to because our school system forces young boys to sit at a desk all day which is unnatural but the govt wants to groom them for desk jobs and medical dependence
