President Donald Trump just said he wants to "TERMINATE" FEMA

FEMA was created by a Jimmy Carter EO and can be terminated by a Trump EO. Congress not needed.

Actually, it’s called Risk Rating 2.0.

When the Biden administration got a hold of it, at the top of its webpage, it specifically stated that it would be derived primarily with equity and diversity in mind.

So, they made sure that there was absolutely zero f*cking transparency in how the risk and rates were calculated.

From what I’ve read, they contracted out the calculations to an outside contractor so that the actual calculations would not be subject to any sort of FOIA request. They allowed this third-party contractor (you can pretty much bet everything you own that it’s a DEI hire) to have a proprietary interest in the program so that no one could have access to it.

Even Cassidy and Kennedy were b!tching about not being able to have access to the program or any explanation as to how it was derived.

This is another DEI scam that Trump has to get rid of.

As far as I understand, the only thing he's talking about terminating that has to have Congressional Approval is the Department of Education.

Everything else falls under the Executive branch. (creating DOGE, eliminating FEMA, USAID, etc.)

And the Department of Education - he only has to have a Secretary of Education, which can have a small support staff or even just serve in an advisory role. The establishment only establishes a Secretary of Education, not a bloated department with thousands of employees.

Let me get this straight Dems if you are following, it is okay to Terminate a pregnancy but not terminate a government program.

Strip it down to just the needed programs. Keep those that have the most experience, knowledge, and trustworthiness.
Gut the rest.
