Bogus NY Treasury Case: Judge took less than 4 hours to review 60 page complaint and rule

The circumstances of the order in the New York case limiting the Treasury Secretary's access to Treasury systems should disgust anyone interested in the rule of law.

For some unexplained reason, Team Blue Steal chose to file their SIXTY PAGE Complaint after working hours on a Friday night in the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York. By doing so, they assured themselves of having Judge Englemayer review their case initially, because he was the only judge assigned "emergency duty."

The relief sought by Team Blue Steal is unprecedented and presents a novel legal theory. Yet, without granting the Trump Administration a chance to respond, Judge Englemayer (late on a Friday night) IN LESS THAN FOUR HOURS was able to read and digest the Complaint AND review all the relevant statutes and cases AND decide that Plaintiffs had presented a compelling case AND issue his order.

Either Judge Englemayer COMPLETELY failed to consider the matter sufficiently OR knew in advance that the Complaint was going to be filed. The Judge issued his order restraining the Trump Administration at ONE O'CLOCK on a Saturday morning.

I hope the Trump Administration files a judicial misconduct complaint. There have to be consequences for this lawfare. Since the judiciary has so overstepped its bounds, maybe it's time for the executive to flex its muscle. No pay checks to judiciary employees until the Treasury Department is allowed to perform its duties without interference.
