What's the best OTC sleep aid? I haven't used them in a long time, but have had a run of sleepless nights lately and would like something that's not going to make me feel hung over in the morning like my current sleep aid bourbon.

Don't even need to take anything to get a good night's sleep. Cut out caffeine after 5p, get plenty of exercise, eat a proper diet, no nicotine an hour before bed and no screens for 30 minutes before attempting to sleep.

Stop drinking before bedtime. That's the best sleep-aid.

5 mg melatonin . Although the quick release dissolvable worked better for fast sleep. Its more for restful longer sleep times.

Rehashing old bullshite from 20 years ago over and over usually helps the best. My brain just shuts down from memory overload.

My best sleep aid was getting my tonsils cut out and my nose fixed. Apparently 90% blockage in one nostril is not ideal.
