Yeah well I would have killed to be a back to back national champion even if it meant we had to endure 1/9

That game was only 9-0 in the 3rd quarter. This is brutal.

I think the Chefs spent the last couple of days at Larry Flints. They are better than this.

Interestingly enough, the Eagles did it by executing essentially the same defensive strategy. Both Bama and Philly refrained from blitzing, opting instead to rush 4 and maintain discipline in their rush lanes. In doing so, they took away the running threat brought by Jefferson and Mahomes, respectively.

The fact that the Eagles did this so effectively is very impressive. Unlike SBXV, when Tampa Bay could take advantage of the Chiefs missing two starting tackles, Philly just did this against the starters.

Hurts played a great game, but the 4 DLs were the MVPs.
