Well this should certainly help the case for those wanting Gayle to sell the teams

This has been known for a while, right? At least a year.

As if I needed another reason to be disappointed in the executive management of this team and the “leadership” of Gayle Benson.
Fire them all and make Gayle sell.

The extent of how they helped and what they didn’t was not exactly known. The emails now spell it out

I hope the AP references that this isn’t as bad as it seems because Lady Gayle is a serial bad decision maker since leading the Saints.

This should just do wonders for them hiring a coach. Moore would be crazy to join with these sickos.

Seems the team's leadership aren't good at marketing for the Catholic Church nor building a football team.

Bensel urged the city’s newspapers to “work with” the church, reminding them the Saints and New Orleans Pelicans — the city’s NBA team, also owned by Benson — had been successful thanks, in part, to their support.
Is it bad optics that the Saints pushed their weight on local newspapers with regards to how they should cover 20 clergy members assaulting hundreds of victims?
Perhaps.

I'm gonna guess this might make Kellen back out from taking the job?

Terrible optics and this could trigger the NFL to get involved or at least investigate the New Orleans Saints due to official NFL logos being used on letters and emails. We all know anything that tarnishes the shield gets dealt with
It will also be interesting to learn if any laws were broken on the part of the Saints management.

Do the Saints have 100s of emails giving the NFL damage control on the infamous “no call” and subsequent two no calls in overtime?
Have always wondered why anyone in the Saints organization never provided proof that the NFL participated in a conspiracy to silence sideline reporters, media, game announcers, players, and Saints ownership from coming forward.
Is the timing of the Catholic Church scandal a means to deflect that many fans are unhappy about the NFL guiding games for the Chiefs and other teams?
Here is a sleight of hand ploy to look here at the Saints and not at NFL matchups management in general.
The NFL doesn’t let the Saints Catholic Church scandal emerge for the Superbowl unless it wants the story out there.

Maybe Gayle incents Dennis Lauscha to fall on the sword. He’s a local that went to a local Catholic High School and local Catholic College. It can be spun that he took things too far.
And then, hypothetically, Gayle learns her lesson. Hires someone else football minded to be President and lets him build a football first franchise and she steps away from the spotlight for a while. She takes a page out of her counterpart from Atlanta and spends her final years building Children Hospital facilities that will grace her name.

I’m still confused. They did what they did to kids. They protected those abusers. I thought this was agreed upon, regardless who you are.
Saints knew this and still decided to run PR.
I’m not sure the AP article changes anything. I haven’t read the AP article or emails, and have no plans to.
You can remain silent on the abuse / coverup. You can denounce or you can do what the Saiints did. I just say Saints in general because I have no idea who all did / helped with the PR.

This was all driven by Gayle and everyone knows it.

Obviously this was driven by Gayle, which is a problem. But is there any new information in this? Most of this was known I feel like.

Gayle doesn't care about kids.
She's a horrible person for not firing those involved in 2018/2019, instead she gave resources to the cover up.

“Hmm I’m still confused and refuse to do any thought for myself, can someone summarize this for me in a way that completely conforms to my worldview?”
This post Sums up the state of the world pretty succinctly
