Biden told the President before Zelensky not to ask Trump for money because Trump would investigate where the funds were going.
Trump found out. Trump called Zelensky, not knowing he couldn’t be trusted, and Trump was impeached after that call.
Why? Trump was over the target and had to be stopped.
