Very heartwarming to see Jack Bech do so well in Sr Bowl. Particularly poignant given the tragic loss of his brother recently.

Hard to believe he would not have still shined at LSU if he had not chosen to transfer. Hated to see him go. Wish him the best now in the NFL.

He would have been WR 2 or 3 at best.

He made the right move to get game film at another school.

Rooting for him in the pros

Thats laughable! Did you see our WRs this yr? He probably would've been our leading WR. He had 62 catches for 1034 yds anf 9 tds, that would've put him 1st in catches, 1st in yds, and tied for 1st for TDs. So yea, he would've been our best WR

You can’t take the catches he made at another school and just transfer that to LSU.

He would've been our #3 or #4 in 2023. He may not have made the jump had he not transferred.

Sadly, LSU's offensive 'system' did not commit to utilizing the talent this young man and another very talent receiver had. Many similarities between him and Trey Quinn. Trey Quinn left LSU and went on to become an All-American.

At LSU that would be Brian Thomas, Justin Jefferson, Odell or Jarvis, Rogie Magee, Michael Clayton, Devery Henderson, Buster Davis, Kayshon Boutte, Russel Gage, Early Doucet, JoJo Lafell and Reuben Randle.

Really rooting for him. This statement of him being our best WR last year is a bit much. He’ll find his way onto a roster somewhere, but his 4.6 in the 40 will keep him from being anything other than a possession WR at the next level. Still hoping he does well for himself. Definitely deserves it.

I didnt say you could, but he outperformed every single WR on our roster this past season. The big 12 isn't a weakling conference, how about those WRs from Baylor that were tearing our defense apart? Would that not transfer to LSU? Because they sure were beating LSU defenders...smh

That’s exactly what you did. Also, who’s the dominant team the Big 12 produced this season or the last 8 years for that matter? They just lost their bell cow teams to the SEC. As for as Baylor’s wrs, you know that LSU’s secondary play has been below par since 2020, we’ve looked like Texas Tech on defense.

You say you’re not doing that but then you are exactly doing that. And now you’re talking about Baylor wr’s vs our defense.

Also, stop double posting everything.

I think he could’ve taken Lacy’s spot as the #3 last year and definitely could’ve been a top 3 receiver this year. His move was always baffling to me. Maybe he was wanted the catches of a #1 receiver? TCU didn’t really provide that until this past year.

Love it for Bech. Always wanted him to breakout at LSU so bad but glad he could do it somewhere and potentially become a contributor in the NFL soon.

He would have caught more balls than Lacy.

Both got on the field as underclassmen. Quinn couldn't catch the ball for some reason when he got on the field. Bech was one of the leading receivers his freshman year, but he got passed by Nabers and BTJ who were both better. I wish he would've stayed, but when Howard left, it was a matter of time unfortunately.
