Labor shortage is certainly an impeding issue with respect to construction progress going forward. However, I’m anxious to see welfare cut in half forcing a lot of able bodied back into the workforce.

There is not a labor shortage. There are people willing to work for less money (illegals). Construction companies are about to get paid for the work that they have been doing for years.
