It'll be wild if they leave and Ohio State becomes the victim of their own creation. You can call it tampering, but it's not the school reaching out and there's no real enforceable rules anymore.

All that said, if you're the players you have to take the money. It's football, any play can be your last and you need to cash in while you're able. You can't blame them for benefitting from a system that they didn't create and don't manage.
