I binge watched the series last week and found it to be a very entertaining set. I grew up around the edges of the oil field in the 60's, and left the oil patch in the year 2000. Rough necks all. Get er done. Sometimes things don't work.
There are parts of "Landman" than could be discussed at civics class, like when is reporting a vehicle theft a bad idea. Or in a shop class regarding work safety
It's a good show. Hope it comes back next year

Agreed, it's better if the TV is muted during their scenes
I think Sheridan is trying to find his new "Beth" but hopefully he sees folks' comments on their characters in the show and makes them a little more likable.

I enjoyed the show but how poorly done the actual working scenes are is hilarious.
I’m not in the oil field but I know which way to turn a pipe wrench and I know where to hit it with a hammer. Apparently Billy Bob does not.
