I’m sure he lets his players know whenever he needs to. I bet guys like Bobby Knight, Bill Belichick, Nick Saban let their players know too. It’s a good way to get them to accept a role, buy in and play hard when they really believe their coach is the best.

He’s probably correct. He’s won back to back national championships and I think his sets are very well thought of, even by NBA people. Hence, the reason the Lakers wanted him last year. But he’s a huge jerk.
