Interesting that the two players from Alabama accounted for 6 of the 7 touchdowns.

Ouch, that has to hurt.
Alabama missing the Playoffs and Tide Fans watching a couple of home grown Bama boys starring in the National Championship Game.
Why did they choose Ohio State & Notre Dame over Alabama ?
Or did Alabama misjudge their talent and not offer ?
Either way not a good look for Alabama.

Why aren’t they playing for Bama or Auburn?

Nearly half of the players in the game were from Ohio.
Pretty Impressive.

Yeah its super rare for a high school player to leave their state and play college in another state. Just can't believe that it actually happened. Wild times we are living in.

Ask Auburn. They own the state, remember?

Tua grew up 5,000 miles away from Alabama, how in House/job did they ever get him?

Looks like you forgot to check Ohio because...

61 from Ohio
40 from California, Florida, and Texas COMBINED.

So Bama lost out on Judkins to Ole Miss?

Are we going back to the days where a few teams horded all the players?

This, or at least restrict it to just scholarship players.

Walk-on scrubs are irrelevant.

Notre Dame for decades has successfully recruited all of the Catholic schools in OH - Irish pretty much have a pipeline to all of the Cincinnati/NKY Catholic schools -

61 isn't surprising at all for both teams - if anything it's probably less than expected -

So the teams in the championship game have lots of players from the best recruiting states in the country. Crazy stuff

I don't think either recruited Leonard but if we're being honest he's not that good. From auburn board Intel we could have got judkins but harsin sucked and didn't try to recruit him until too late.
