DC Gulag - Prisoners WALKING OUT!

Expected to walk out at any moment.
At least 1 was left behind at the prison.
16-17 waiting for release right now.
UPDATE:
Bureau of Prisons is now refusing to release any in pre-trial bc they haven’t been convicted and, therefore, can’t be pardoned. Freedom Caucus is working on this issue.
UPDATE 2:
Prisoners are expected to walk out soon. Unsure how they are handling those still in pre-trial.
UPDATE 3:
15 prisoners are being released. 7 remaining due to other charges per sources. They are trying to keep working through paperwork for those remaining.

***PUBLIC STATEMENT*** At approximately 12p today, January 21st, 2025, I was told by guards I was being released. I was taken, with other J6ers, to be out processed. After 2 hours, having already called my Mom and girlfriend who were already outside the jail waiting, I was pulled aside and told I was NOT being released because of my conviction as the result of the Government's illegal search warrant and framing of me. I was turned back by the US Marshals because of that Florida case. I had to recall my Mom who broke down in tears apologizing to ME as if it were HER fault! I am now back in my original cell, minus 5 months of my stuff, which was left behind to be scavenged. Back to ZERO. Chip Roy just left. He said before it was expected. They’ve brought all but Jeremy Brown out of their cells. Should be any time

Now the Gulag is saying the pardon does not apply to pretrial detention because they have not been convicted. If this is the case, this would apply to the Biden preemptive pardons.
