aimed at "certain gropus."

quote:

A man was arrested after bags filled with corn kernels, crime statistics and "specific content aimed at certain groups of people" were distributed to dozens of driveways, resulting in signs being damaged Friday night.

According to the Livingston Parish Sheriff's Office, Robert Hebert II, 42, is facing a criminal damage to property charge. Deputies say dozens of zip lock bags with flyers were thrown in the Corbin Avenue area of Walker.

Can someone from the Walker area describe the "Corbin Avenue area"?

Let me be the first to ask what in the blue hell does this mean? Google maps shows standard LP. A mix of houses and trailers, some manicured, and some with old dump-trucks parked in the yard. Zillow shows them from $100k-350k in value.

Still no idea. Is there an article available that says what it means in English?

Clearly a criminal offense.

One of 2 things is likely

1. He was throwing the bags at white people talking shite about black people

2. He was throwing the bags at black people to troll them/say they're not wanted

No. The LPSO is being intentionally vague about this for now, likely due to the potential for national spotlights due to the implied racism.

I was raised in the south, born in LC and raised in BR. I had relatives from Napoleonville to Bogalusa, to Ruston, to Arcadia to Leesville to New Orleans. Err'body used the "special" word and I still have no idea what corn has to do with race.

if the boy can throw corn well enough to damage signs, we may could use him in middle relief.

Charges are weak, but hate crimes probably require lotsa paperwork

We got one of them in central last week. Somehow my cameras didn’t pick them up. I checked out the QR code telegram group and it was a bunch of retards putting pro white stickers around town and posting pictures of them like it was some major accomplishment. I was tempted to join the group to thank them for littering but didn’t want to linked to anything like that

Unfortunately, those statistics are closer to truth than they are to fiction.

Probably not the best delivery method, but I'm still curious about what they are charging him with.
