Anyone seen them live? Tour takes them thru town and wondering if it’s worthwhile to see them live. Big fan of their earlier work (in keeping secrets of silent earth)

Saw them about 15 years ago.
Tight musicianship. Boring stage presence. Claudio struggled live, they had a trio of female backup singers to help.
6/10. Not a bad show, but not worth paying several hundred dollars for tickets unless they’re on your bucket list.

I've seen them a couple of times, once with Circa Survive opening. Pretty good show.

Taking Back Sunday is the opener. Can’t say that I’ve heard their music, but will check them out.

Claudio says almost nothing to the crowd and his voice isn’t what it used to be 10 years ago. I’ve seen them 4-5 times over 15ish years now.
However he’s still an amazing singer and they nail every song.

I saw them in high school around the time they had that one song that was popular and I was super impressed because the guy used the wah pedal a lot and talked into his guitar. Feel like if I saw them now I’d think it was corny

Taking Back Sunday has great music but is super inconsistent live. They’re either great or absolutely terrible, depending on the sobriety of their frontman. They’re either great tend to be worse when they’re an opener.
